We build your fully mobile-optimised website and share a preview link for your review. Everything is in place — menu, hours, location, and ordering (Pro plan).

Days 4-5 — Your Feedback, Our Amendments

Review the site and share any changes — wording, colours, menu items, photos. We action all amendments the same day and send an updated preview for your approval.

Day 6 — Final Approval & Go Live

Once you are happy, we publish your site, connect your own domain or provide a free subdomain to get you started, and deliver print-ready QR codes. Your restaurant is live and ready for customers.

Common Questions

Can you integrate with my POS system?

The Pro plan includes online ordering with a built-in cart powered by Stripe. Orders trigger a confirmation email to the customer and an alert to the restaurant. Most restaurants process orders manually in under 2 minutes. Full POS integration is available on custom quotes.

What if I want to cancel?

We ask for 3 months to show you results — after that, simply give us 30 days notice and we will take care of everything. Your content — menu, photos, and text — is always yours to keep. Please note that the website template and code remain the property of service provider. We are happy to assist with exporting your content should you need it.

How much traffic can the site handle?

Your site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network — one of the largest in the world. It handles any level of traffic without slowing down, even during your busiest service periods.

Do you support weekends or evenings?

Our team is UK-based and available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. For urgent matters — such as a site issue or a same-day menu change — we aim to respond within 2 hours. You can reach us by email or WhatsApp at any time.

What about SEO? Will Google find us?

Every site we build includes proper meta tags, structured data, and Google Maps integration — everything Google needs to index your restaurant correctly. Results vary depending on your location and competition, but we set your site up to the highest technical SEO standard from day one.

Can I request updates or content changes?

Absolutely. Simply WhatsApp or email us your changes — new prices, updated hours, seasonal specials, new dishes — and we will have them live the same day. All routine updates are included in your monthly plan at no extra charge.

What if I cancel and want to come back later?

We would love to have you back. Return within 6 months — no setup fee. Within 12 months — 50% setup fee. After 12 months — full setup fee. Any plan you like.

Who provides the photos for the website?

You are welcome to supply your own photos — the better the images, the better your site will look. If you do not have photos, we can source high-quality stock images that match your cuisine at no extra cost.

Do I need a website right now?

Every day without a website is a day customers can't find you online. Over 80% of diners search for a restaurant online before visiting or ordering. A website puts you in front of those customers — permanently.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

Your site stays live for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to make alternative arrangements. Your content — menu, photos, and text — is always yours to keep. We'll provide it all in a format you can hand to any web developer.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — upgrade anytime by paying the setup fee difference between plans. New features go live within 2–5 working days. Downgrade anytime with 30 days written notice. No refund on setup fees already paid.

Do you have a referral programme?

Yes. Refer a food business that signs up and stays active for 6 months — you both get 1 month free, and their reward is independent of your account. Up to 3 referral credits in any rolling 12-month period. Just ask us for your referral code.

Are there loyalty rewards for long-term clients?
